How to return or exchange an item
If you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it, please contact us on the above methods, please ensure you let us know within 7 days of receiving your item by phone or email, and we will be happy to refund or exchange it.
The item must be returned in the same condition that we sent it in, that is, in its original packaging, unworn with all the original tags attached.
Once the item has been returned, we will refund the original purchase price in full within 10 working days.
Please send via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. Please ensure that the goods are insured for the full purchase value, as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement if they are damaged during return postage.
Postage costs will only be refunded if the item or items were damaged or faulty after we have established that it is a manufacturing fault.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to make any changes to an order
If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, on Tel 0191 406 3524 and we will make the necessary changes. If your item has already been dispatched we will you no longer be able to make changes.
Faulty Product
If you believe you have a legitimate defect on any of our product please do not automatically return, you must phone our office on 0191 406 3524 or email details of the problem, we will advise regarding your complaint. We do not refund on faulty items that have been worn, we will in the event of a legitimate fault replace the same product and size or the same size in an alternative design if the design purchased is not available.
