How to choose your size

Find you correct size by doing the following:

Wearing a t-shirt, take a tape measure and place under your arms and measure around the broadest part of your chest, making sure that the tape measure is up over your shoulder blades (don’t hold your breath). Then look at the table below and find your measurement and the corresponding size required.
