Returns and refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it please contact us at info@secondskin.co.uk as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, you may return the items for a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided that the goods are returned in their original packaging and in their original undamaged state with all the original labels and tags still attatched to the garment. Please send via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. Please ensure that the goods are insured for the full purchase value, as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement if they are damaged during return postage. Once the item has been returned, we will refund the original purchase price in full within 10 working days. Postage costs will only be refunded if the item or items were damaged or faulty after we have established that it is a manufacturing fault.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
