Q: How do I Contact Second Skin?

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. After browsing the site, select any items you wish to purchase and click on “Add to Cart” beside each item. Then go to the “Checkout”, where you can confirm your order.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Purchases from this website can be made using your credit or debit card or by phoning us on Tel: 0191 406 3524, International customers Tel: 0044 191 406 3524. We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay through Paypal. The good will be despatched once your funds have been paid to Second Skin.

Q: When will I receive my items?
A: Orders will be sent once payment has been received and cleared. We aim to despatch orders within 2 – 3 working days (Mon.-Fri.). All orders are sent via 1st class recorded delivery. (Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1-2 days but this is not a guaranteed.)

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: If you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it, please contact us on the above methods, as soon as possible, and we will be happy to refund or exchange it.
The item must be returned in the same condition that we sent it in, that is, in its original packaging, unworn with all the original tags attached.
Once the item has been returned, we will refund the original purchase price in full within 10 working days.
Please send via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. Please ensure that the goods are insured for the full purchase value, as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement if they are damaged during return postage.
Postage costs will only be refunded if the item or items were damaged or faulty after we have established that it is a manufacturing fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge.

Q: I’m a customer outside of the UK, what are my delivery options?
A: Delivery to Europe – £15 per order.
Delivery to outside Europe – £25 per order
(UK Delivery-FREE)
Please note that these postage prices for outside the UK, are based on a package weight of 2KG. Items (sheepskin flying jackets or more than one jacket) over this weight may incur additional postage costs. Please contact us on Tel 0191 460  3524 for any queries.

If you would like to pay for your item to be sent via a faster service, please contact us when you make your order.
If your selected item is not in stock, or if there is a possibility that your delivery will be delayed, we will e-mail you.

Q: I’m a customer outside of the UK, what can I expect to pay for an item?
A: We charge in GB Pounds Sterling. The actual amount you pay will be determined by the exchange rate your card issuer applies to the transaction to change your currency into GB Pounds Sterling. All goods offered for sale though this web site are priced in GB Pounds Sterling.
