Delivery Charges are:

UK – FREE taking around two to three working days.

EUROPE – £20.00 per order (£30 for heavy or bulky items), taking around five working days.

OUTSIDE EUROPE – £30.00 per order (£55 for heavy or bulky items), taking approximately ten working days.

Returns policy

From the time of receipt of your purchased leather item you can give yourself 14 days to decide whether its right for you or not. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and after receiving your item, if you don’t want to keep it for any reason, you can post it back to us for an exchange or refund. The cost for returning the item is your responsibility.

We just need you to return the item in exactly the same condition in which it was sent out to you.Please return the items in a re-saleable condition in their original unused and unworn condition, We reserve the right to reduce the refund if your handling goes beyond what would be expected if you were trying something on in our store.

For leather jackets they must have the original tags, be unworn. For leather wallets, leather bags all branded original boxes in which the item came in must also be returned undamaged. We would also ask if you could place the returns note as proof of purchase so the team can deal with your order in a quick and efficient way.

Refunds and exchanges in the UK – if any, shall be processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Again please make sure you enclose the returns note together with item being returned back to us. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge for all UK customers. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

All items purchased online must be returned by post with a return note with your full details for either a refund or exchange to the address below only, and not to any walk in stores owned by Second Skin. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Customer Orders

All items shown on our website are in stock based at our UK warehouse, ready for immediate despatch. If in the unlikely event or for any reason, your item is not available upon completion of your order we will contact you immediately.

Your order is accepted once payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that we have received your payment and the item will be despatched from our goods out warehouse based in the UK on the same day as payment is received and dispatched with one of our chosen couriers. Please check the address that is selected for delivery as we are unable to make changes once your order is placed with Second Occasionally and very rarely events outside of our control may mean delays are incurred. We will notify you if this is the case.,  Delivery rates for UK, Europe, and Rest of the World can be found in our DELIVERY section. At Second we take pride in making your shopping experience enjoyable with us and delight in your delivery arriving on time. However for unknown reasons our couriers may experience delays in transit Second are then required to abide by the terms and conditions of the delivery company.

On all orders you can pay by credit or Debit card and Paypal via the website. Cards we accept ( Mastercard / Visa /Visa Delta / visa Debit/ Maestro / Amex).

Please note products and prices are subject to change and we charge in GB pounds so prices in your local currency are for guidance purposes only. Please refer to the exchange rate your card issuer applies to the transaction to change your currency in to GB pounds. This applies to refunds too as rates fluctuate, cost may incur from your card provider. Second Skin is not responsible for the changing rates in any given country.
